While our system contains thousands of items, and we’re continuing to add new items over time, we realize that you may have items that aren’t in our system. My Property Pro is flexible, and we’ve made it easy for you to add items that you don’t see in our database

While it’s a good idea to upload photos and receipts if you have them, it’s optional. Most people don’t have photos of or receipts for everything they own, and in the case of catastrophic property loss, these things may have been destroyed anyway. Your insurance company doesn’t have to have photos and receipts of everything to settle your claim.

It’s okay if you don’t remember what you paid for your belongings. When you select your item from our inventory list, you’ll notice that there are dollar amounts already in the system. We’ve done the work for you, so you don’t have to look up pricing information for your belongings.
