Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription after 30 days, you may request a refund provided the customer hasn't made more than one claim or report.

You may cancel your Subscription Services Agreement at any time. However, if you have made one or more claims or reports during the 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.

Dispute Charges

If you believe there has been an error in debiting your nominated account or Credit Card, please notify My Property Pro immediately by emailing [email protected].

Fraudulent credit card charges or fraudulent claims

If you have a concern about a fraudulent credit card charge or dispute a claim, we will investigate the matter. If we find that you have made a fraudulent claim for unauthorized card usage, we will report this to your card issuer and the police.
